Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for building new commercial relationships as well as expanding and improving the business with existing customers. Responsible for identifying, developing, expanding relationship with partners, resellers and retailers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations management: Engaging with assigned set of accounts, understanding needs, providing solutions, dealing with issues, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Account Mapping to strengthen relationships and build a healthy pipeline.
- Structuring credit deals for assigned accounts.
- Stakeholder management: Managing stakeholders, complying with requirements, cooperating while safeguarding organizations’ and customer interests.
- Address partner escalations and provide timely solutions for high customer satisfaction.
- Planning events/trainings for partners to increase sales.
