Job Description:
- Formulate long-term brand strategy
- Develop marketing plans covering ATL, BTL, Digital, and Influencer marketing
- Manage advertising and promotion strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally for marketing execution
- Conduct market research and track trends
- Provide brand training to sales team
- Submit monthly brand reports
