WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a public-facing voice of the company across videos, reels, and brand content
• Own content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
• Create compelling copy, captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
• Lead creative direction for posts, videos, and campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and leadership
• Maintain brand voice, clarity, and consistency
• Engage and grow our community intentionally
• Track performance and improve content based on insights

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident on camera and comfortable representing a brand
• Strong writer and storyteller
• Understands digital culture, trends, and audience psychology
• Strategic thinker with creative execution skills
• Experience in content, branding, media, or communications
