We are seeking a proactive Branch Support Officer to ensure efficient branch operations, assist customers, and support the branch manager. Duties include processing transactions, coordinating administrative workflows, managing inventory and facility matters, liaising with staff, and preparing routine reports to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required: 1–2 years of customer service or banking support experience, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and proven problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
