Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor to manage daily branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. The role requires supervising and coaching staff, managing schedules, overseeing inventory control, enforcing company policies, preparing operational and sales reports, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic finance and reporting knowledge
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
