As Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage schedules, resolve escalated issues, coach and evaluate team performance, support sales to meet targets, handle cash and inventory control, ensure documentation accuracy, prepare operational reports, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations. Keep the branch secure, clean, and operationally ready. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, has 3–5 years of management or operations experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, and decision‑making skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
