Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of employees, setting performance goals, and providing coaching and guidance to improve overall productivity and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, expand the customer base, and achieve branch targets.
