Job Description
Job title: Branch Manager
Location: Second East Circular, Benin City
Job Description:
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, supervise staff, grow the customer base, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational targets. This role requires prior experience in a Microfinance Bank and strong leadership ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and ensure smooth daily activities
- Lead, supervise, and support branch staff
- Create strategies to grow loan portfolios and deposits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Review and approve loan applications within limit
- Monitor branch performance and prepare periodic reports
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery
- Drive marketing and community engagement activities
- Identify risks and implement appropriate controls
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Must have prior experience working in a Microfinance Bank
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good knowledge of lending processes and financial products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦120,00
