Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented BPO Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and expand client accounts within a high‑performance outsourcing environment. You will manage a sales team, build and maintain a robust pipeline, negotiate contracts, and partner with operations to ensure timely service delivery and achievement of revenue targets.
- Proven BPO or contact center sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- KPI-driven: ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales management experience preferred.
