Job Description

ChairRockaServices seeks a full-time Boutique Supervisor to lead boutique operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage daily store activities, resolve customer escalations, conduct training, and support inventory control and merchandising. Compensation starts at ₦150,00 per month.

  • Lead and motivate a service-oriented team.
  • Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and implement service improvements.
  • Train staff on policies, sales techniques, and customer care.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with ordering.

Requirements: National Diploma and prior supervisory or retail customer service experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
