Job Description
We are seeking disciplined, physically fit Bouncers to safeguard guests, staff, and property at New Iceland Beach. Responsibilities include controlling access, managing crowd flow at entrances, bars, lounges, and events, de-escalating conflicts, assisting in emergencies, enforcing beach regulations, and preparing incident reports.
- Requirements: SSCE, prior bouncer or security experience, strong physical presence, excellent communication, composure under pressure, and integrity.
- Availability: nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position in a high-energy environment.
Candidates must be vigilant, professional, and capable of maintaining safety under demanding conditions.
