This full-time position involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include driving sales, training staff, addressing customer inquiries, and executing promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and inventory management skills, have prior experience in retail and store management, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, and experience within the book industry is advantageous.
