Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial management and be able to handle various tasks related to maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Maintain and update general ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and perform bank deposits
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
