Job Description
Livin Spaces is on the lookout for a meticulous Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and a sharp attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing supplier accounts effectively
- Preparing and dispatching invoices
- Analyzing employee expenses
- Conducting payment runs with accuracy
- Overseeing project budgets
- Handling credit control
- Performing bank reconciliations and reviewing supplier statements
- Processing payroll efficiently
- Compiling tax reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Sage accounting software is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
