Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. The role includes preparing and issuing accurate invoices, following up on overdue accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with sales and finance to ensure timely collections. You will support month-end close and audit requests while maintaining precise records and meeting deadlines.

  • Minimum 2 years billing or accounts receivable experience
  • Proficient in Excel and billing systems
