Workforce Group, a premier business and HR consulting firm in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Contact Center Agent (Igbo & Hausa) to join our dynamic team at our Iganmu and Lekki locations in Lagos. With over a decade of providing exceptional HR solutions, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence.

As a Contact Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints through phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Applicants should possess an HND/B.Sc degree, and candidates must be 26 years old or younger. The monthly salary is N213,00, along with HMO, Pension, and additional benefits.
