Job Description
Odixcity Consulting is seeking experienced bilingual Call Center Agents to work remotely handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Candidates must communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and professionally represent the company across regions.
- Responsibilities: manage calls, provide accurate information, resolve issues, document interactions, follow scripts and quality standards, and meet performance targets.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in call center or customer support, fluent in English plus a second language, clear voice, CRM and basic computer proficiency, prior remote work experience, stable internet, noise-cancelling headset, and shift availability.
