Job Description
Ferdie Marie is recruiting a full-time Bid Specialist (₦250,00–₦300,00/month) to manage end-to-end bid activities. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting compliant, competitive proposals; conducting market and client research; coordinating with internal teams; maintaining bid documentation; and monitoring industry trends to improve win rates.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; proven bid management or proposal-writing experience.
- Skills: strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and capacity to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple bids.
