Job Description
Dominion consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Therapist team lead for its client (Bioviva Spa) to join their team. As a key member of the spa, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be proficient in a range of beauty treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with the warmest hospitality, ensuring they want to return.
- Ensure high standards are delivered and maintained through every interaction.
- Generate and support team and customer sales initiatives to deliver targets.
- Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and products wherever possible to enhance the guest experience.
- Responsible for all Spa treatments and product stock control.
- Support Spa Therapist training, including treatments, retail, and guest experience.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver amazing experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a focus on holistic treatments.
- Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, waxing, and holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Salary: N100,00 to N150,00
