Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar floor and bar staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the quality of drinks and service, addressing any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the manager to achieve overall business objectives.
- Handle any operational challenges or customer-related issues effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of bar operations flow and customer service best practices.
- Candidates must live in Lagos.
