Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our team as a Barman at Hostellerie Briqueterie & Spa. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and the Restaurant and Hall teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming guests, setting and clearing tables, maintaining efficient bar operations, and ensuring cleanliness in the terrace and lounge areas while complying with hygiene standards. Additionally, you will handle Room Service requests and prepare snacks according to the chef’s specifications, all while utilizing your cocktail expertise and product knowledge to delight our guests.
