Job Description
Job Junction Solutions is on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Barbecue and Kitchen Assistant to join our team on Lagos Mainland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the head chef and grill master to prepare, grill, and serve exceptional barbecue dishes while also providing vital support in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and grilling of meats
- Marinate and season various meats
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized
- Support the preparation of side dishes and sauces
- Monitor food inventory levels
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
Requirements: Prior experience is advantageous; candidates must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
