Job Description
Incrementum Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Man to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Planning drink menus and sharing information about new beverages and specials.
- Mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Checking customer identification for alcohol purchases.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the bar fully stocked.
- Following food safety and quality regulations.
- Upselling items and assisting with basic cleaning duties.
- Maintaining a tidy work and dining area.
- Getting creative by developing new cocktail recipes.
This is a full-time position.
