Job Description
Incrementum Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Man to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, listening to their beverage preferences, and making tailored recommendations. Main duties include planning drink menus, mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages while ensuring adherence to all legal age regulations.
You will also be responsible for taking inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ability to upsell items, create unique cocktail recipes, and maintain a clean work and dining area is essential for this role.
