Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is looking for a Banking Officer Team Lead to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a team of Business Banking Officers, focusing on sourcing and expanding relationships with SME and corporate clients. Key responsibilities include driving the growth of our loan portfolio, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality in accordance with compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or SME banking, a comprehensive understanding of the Victoria Island to Lekki markets, and excellent mentoring abilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ₦300,00.00 per month.
