Job Description
Heirs Insurance Group is actively seeking a motivated Bancassurance Officer for our Ibadan office in Oyo State. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling our insurance products through various banking channels. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, clearly explaining policy features, processing applications, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a foundational knowledge of insurance and finance. Prior experience in the insurance or banking sectors is advantageous. This position is on-site and requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
