Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, supervise bakers and front-of-house staff, manage production schedules, control inventory and costs, and ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of bakery or food-service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques and sanitation protocols. Responsibilities include staff training, workflow optimization, cost control, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through reliable product quality and service.
