Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks a skilled Baker for Victoria Island, Lagos. Competitive salary ₦70,00–₦80,00/month with accommodation provided. Immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breads, pastries, and cakes per recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure product consistency, quality, and compliance with food-safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, monitor stock levels, and meet daily production targets (early shifts).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year bakery experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery.
- Strong baking techniques, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
