Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Backend Developer who has experience in Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building the backend infrastructure of our product. Your expertise in data modeling, software architecture, and secure API development will contribute to the creation of performance and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development using Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto from day one.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and software architecture for developing high-performance and maintainable code.
• Experience in integrating with third-party services through APIs and webhooks, in addition to local data processing.
• Proficiency in all aspects of secure API development.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team, including direct work with the founders, to contribute to the growth of our product and company.
• Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Required Experience:

• Substantial expertise in building backend systems with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a CI/CD-driven workflow.
• A strong philosophy of writing automated backend tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
