Job Description
Key Elements of the Role
- Report to the Technical Manager
- Providing onsite and remote support to customers.
- Engineer is responsible for managing customers’ Avaya infrastructure, providing technical support.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in related field
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Avaya Support Engineering
- Technical Skills in Avaya systems and call center applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
