Job Description
PalmPay, a leading pan-African Fintech company operating in multiple countries, is looking for an ATM Operations Support Specialist to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role falls under the Logistics (Land Transport) category.
Job Description:
- Verify and modify user ATM order addresses for accurate delivery.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient ATM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in ATM operations or customer support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
