Job Description

We seek an experienced Associate Principal to lead relationship managers and deliver exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients. You will drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth by implementing tailored wealth solutions, cross‑selling banking and investment products, and enforcing risk and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and coach RMs; collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams
  • Develop strategies to meet revenue and client‑service targets
  • Ensure robust risk controls and regulatory adherence
  • Requirements: 8+ years in private or priority banking, proven leadership, strong financial and product knowledge, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
