Amy Consulting, a prominent HR Consulting Firm based in Lagos, is actively seeking a dedicated Associate HR Consultant to enhance our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing employee relations, generating monthly reports, conducting site visits to clients, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ideal candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a proven history in HR Generalist responsibilities, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Consulting. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
