Job Description

As the Associate Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient supply chain management within our organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to forecast demand, anticipate supply chain risks, and ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in supply chain management, including experience in inventory optimization, demand planning, and logistics. Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
