Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate for our Credit and Operational Risk Management division. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in assessing and mitigating credit and operational risks within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk evaluations and assessments to identify potential credit and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor risk exposure levels and recommend necessary actions to minimize potential losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk control measures are in place.
- Proactively identify emerging risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in risk management or a related role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment techniques.
