Job Description
Quest Employment Limited is currently looking for an Assistant Supermarket Manager for our esteemed client, a premier supermarket located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities: Achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, proposing innovative solutions, conducting performance evaluations, managing day-to-day operations, and developing effective strategies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, specifically in supermarket operations, and strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits: Monthly salary ranging from N200,00 to N300,00, along with benefits including pension, health maintenance organization coverage, meal allowances, sales commissions, and a 13th-month bonus.
