Nails & Co. is excited to announce a vacancy for an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Studio Manager to join our expanding nail studio in Lagos. This full-time role is ideal for individuals aged 25 to 28 who possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep passion for the beauty industry and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities involve assisting the Salon Manager with daily operations, supervising staff, providing client service, managing appointments, overseeing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting studio services. Candidates should hold a minimum OND qualification along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting.

We offer competitive benefits including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage and seasonal bonuses, with a salary range of NGN 100,00 – 150,00.
