Job Description

The Assistant Sales Executive provides sales administrative support and assists the sales executive in sales, customer management, executing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. This role manages sales data, coordinates meetings, and helps develop presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales operations support through data entry, maintaining CRM, analyzing reports, and sales tracking
  • Assist with sales activities in-store, email campaigns, and cold calling
  • Participate in sales meetings to take notes, record minutes, and document action items
  • Maintain inventory of sales collateral and samples and provide shipping support
  • Provide timely follow-ups and communication with prospects during the sales process
  • Research prospects, industries, and competitors to help inform sales strategies
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to enable sales activities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦30,00.00 – ₦50,00.00 per month
