Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd. As an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will work under the guidance of our Quality Assurance Manager to ensure our products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of quality control processes, conducting regular quality audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
  • Develop and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in quality assurance would be preferred.
