Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited is on the lookout for an Assistant Project Manager to contribute to the efficient delivery of office fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within their defined scope, budget, and timeline, showcasing excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and client representatives.
- Monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Prepare and manage project correspondence and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary Range: N300,00 – N400,00 Net Monthly
