Food Concepts Plc is seeking a dedicated Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow activities on the production floor, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct production staff to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee workflow and establish processing parameters.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration among employees.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections of the workspace and equipment for safety compliance.
• Assist in the training and development of staff members.
• Address attendance and disciplinary matters as needed.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦140,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
