Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis for food and hospitality trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and terms.
- Implement quality control measures for procured items.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Introduce creative procurement strategies for efficiency.
- Leverage data analysis to inform procurement decisions.
- Source and purchase fresh produce maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5 years of proven procurement experience.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and emerging trends.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
