Job Description
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Founder and planning team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence
Assist with event planning logistics, timelines, and documentation
Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and client documents
Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members
Organize files, folders, and company records (digital & physical)
Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth execution
Support on-site during events when required
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism and discretion
Interest or experience in events, hospitality, or creative industries is an advantage
