Job Description
Jozon Nigeria Limited, based in Ojo (Festac Axis), Lagos, seeks a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support production, logistics, and administrative functions. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring production schedules, implementing process improvements, coordinating with procurement and quality teams, and preparing performance reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in operations or production management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities; manufacturing or supply chain experience is advantageous.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary ₦200,00–₦300,00/month plus performance incentives.
