Job Description

The Changeroom, founded in 2012, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reinsurance for its Lagos office. The successful candidate will possess 5–7 years of reinsurance operations experience, strong expertise in treaty and facultative processes, and the ability to analyze reinsurance data and produce clear management reports.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with brokers and reinsurers
  • Oversee treaty administration and ensure timely placement
  • Prepare analytical reports to inform strategic decisions
  • CIIN or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills required
