Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Facility Maintenance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a team of maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize facility performance.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Managing the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations.
To qualify for this position, you should have a strong background in facility management and maintenance. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential.
