Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Assistant Manager (Benefits and Claims) at AIICO INSURANCE. As an Assistant Manager (Benefits and Claims), you will be responsible for overseeing the management of employee benefits and claims, ensuring their proper administration and timely processing.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and disability insurance.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee benefit claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and records pertaining to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with external insurance providers to negotiate and manage benefit plans.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance on benefit options.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits and claims.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans and related regulations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
