Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Internal Control Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Control Manager to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as to identify and mitigate risks within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with established controls
  • Identify control gaps and propose solutions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls
  • Prepare and present reports on control findings and recommendations to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in internal control or audit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
