We seek an Assistant Farm Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, maintain crop and livestock care, manage inventory, and assist with budgeting and planning. The ideal candidate has at least two years of agricultural experience, proven leadership, basic equipment maintenance skills, and familiarity with sustainable farming practices. Strong communication, effective problem-solving, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions are required. Certifications such as pesticide applicator, first aid, and tractor/operator licenses are advantageous. The successful candidate will help increase productivity and implement best practices across the farm.
