Job Description
H&C Outsourcing Limited is in search of a dedicated and organized Assistant Facility Manager to enhance our daily operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. In this role, you will assist the Facility Manager in ensuring that our workplace remains functional, secure, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and security personnel
- Oversee building repairs and preventive maintenance efforts
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor performance
- Assist in budget management for facility operations
- Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies
